Lexi works Tuesday - Thursday 11am - 6pm
Friday 11am - 3pm
RATES:
$150 PER HOUR
$175 PER HOUR (days off and holidays)
MINIMUM: $100
BOOKINGS:
All bookings are done through a booking app, VENUE INK (linked above)
CONSULTATIONS/DESIGNS
Lexi requires consultations for most tattoo appointments — these are done either in-person or over Instagram/Zoom video chat. During a consultation, Lexi will ask the client in-depth questions on what they would like to have done and what their desired outcome looks like. If the client has a general idea of what they would like but isn’t sure of all the details right away, this is the time to come up with some ideas together!
Once all of the details are sorted, Lexi will provide the client with a time and price estimate. Once an appointment is booked, the client will be directed to leave their deposit to secure their appointment date.
All designs will be presented to the client on the day of their appointment. Lexi will not send designs over prior to the appointment date. If the client would like to see their design prior to their appointment or any major design changes come up, a second consultation will be scheduled.
DEPOSITS:
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit secures your appointment date and will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo. For multiple-session projects, deposits will be deducted from your final session.
Deposits are forfeited in the event that:
You no call/no show your appointment.
You do not give at least 72-hours notice that you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment.
You show up to your appointment over 15 minutes late with no notice.
You show up to your appointment under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
You show up to your appointment taking an antibiotic (without prior communication with your artist)
You show up to your appointment with numbing cream applied to the area being tattooed (without prior communication with your artist)
PAYMENT METHOD AT APPOINTMENT:
Cash and credit card payments are both accepted! Cash is always preferred for the remaining balance of your tattoo. However, if you’d like to use a credit card, card processing fees + taxes will be applied to all card transactions. All card payments are accepted through VENUE.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY:
As a business, part of our success depends on mutual respect of time. Remembering and respecting the appointment date + time is your responsibility.
Please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule for any reason — with adequate notice, you will be able to carry your deposit with you to your rescheduled date in the event that you need to move your appointment.
If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Lexi as soon as possible. We get it, things happen - just let us know.
If you are 15 minutes late with no notice, we will contact you. If you are 30 minutes late with no notice, you will sacrifice both your appointment and deposit.
